What's the difference between strategy and consultancy?

Strategy is typically a defined project, we assess your situation, build a plan and hand it over. Consultancy is more ongoing, we're available to advise, guide and support you as things develop. Many clients start with strategy and move into consultancy, but you can do either independently.

Can you work alongside our existing team?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We're not here to replace anyone, we can complement your in-house team or provide oversight and direction if you're working with other suppliers. We're happy to collaborate.

Do you work with businesses in any sector?

Yes, though we only work with one business per sector in each area. It's our Single Sector Area Promise. It means you'll never find us working with your direct competitor and you get our full focus without any conflict of interest.

No. If something isn't going to work, we'll say so. If you're focusing on the wrong things, we'll tell you. You're paying for honest advice, not validation, and that's what you'll get.

It depends on the level of support you need. Retained consultancy starts from a few hours per month; ad hoc sessions are charged hourly. We'll give you a clear price upfront based on what you're looking for.
