The brief:

Clear Path Care Advisory came to us before they had much more than an idea. There was no brand, no website, nothing to point a potential client at. What they did have was a clear sense of the business they wanted to build.

They help new care and healthcare providers get registered with the Care Quality Commission. It's detailed work, the stakes are high, and most first-time applicants find the process pretty daunting. Clear Path needed a brand that worked against all of that. Something calm and credible that said "we've got this" before anyone read a word.

They also came to us with one thing they were sure about: a peacock feather. They liked it, and they wanted it in there somewhere. So our job was to take that and build a proper identity around it, then turn the whole lot into a website that actually brings in enquiries.

What we did

The brand:
We built Clear Path from scratch. The peacock feather became the thread through the identity, used with a bit of restraint rather than stuck on everything. It shaped the colour palette, the logo and the tone: memorable, but calm enough for a sector that runs on trust.

The guidelines:
A brand falls apart without consistency, so we put together a full set of brand guidelines covering logo use, colour, typography and tone of voice. It means Clear Path can grow without the brand wandering off, whether that's a new hire or a printer picking it up down the line.

The website:
No template. We designed and built the site from scratch around one job: making it easy for a stressed first-time provider to see what Clear Path offers and get in touch quickly.
The four core services are laid out clearly, the process is walked through step by step, and an enquiry is never more than a click or two away. Every page earns its place by answering a question and taking away a reason to hesitate.

The result:

Clear Path launched looking like a business that had been around for years, with a website built to do the selling rather than just sit there. A brand new company now has the full kit: an identity that stands out, the guidelines to keep it tidy, and a site that turns visitors into enquiries.
A clear path for them, and a clear path for their clients.
