The Brief:
P+S Care & Support is a values-driven care recruitment agency based in Great Yarmouth, supporting the health and social care sector with staffing and training solutions. Despite having over 25 years of combined sector experience, as a new business, they had no website and no real digital presence. They needed a professional platform that could attract both candidates and clients, showcase their training programmes, and reflect who they are as a business.
What We Did:
We designed and built a brand new website from the ground up, giving P+S their first ever online home.
The site was structured around three core audiences:
Candidates looking for roles in care.
Clients seeking reliable staffing solutions.
Organisations interested in their training programmes.
Each audience has a clear journey through the site, making it easy for visitors to find what they need and take the next step.
We wrote all of the website copy, capturing the team's warm, people-first approach while keeping the tone professional and trustworthy. The messaging reinforces their positioning as an agency that's small enough to care, but big enough to deliver.
To bring the homepage to life, we produced a short showreel video for the hero banner, giving visitors an immediate sense of the team, their environment, and the work they do. It sets the tone before a single word is read.
We also built out dedicated pages for job vacancies, candidate onboarding, client services, and their full suite of training courses, giving the business a platform it can continue to grow with.
The Result:
P+S Care & Support went from having no online presence to a polished, professional website that works as hard as they do. The site gives them a credible digital shopfront to attract candidates, win new clients, and promote their training offering, all in one place.
