Alex founded Pollard Media in 2020 at the age of 19, turning a side hustle into a fully-fledged marketing agency. What started as freelance work alongside a marketing apprenticeship quickly grew into something bigger - and by early 2022, Alex made the decision to commit to Pollard Media full-time.

Since then, he has built a team, established long-term client relationships across Norfolk, Suffolk and beyond, and developed the agency into a Google Partner and Meta Business Partner.

Alex holds a Diploma in Digital Marketing and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM).

He remains hands-on with clients, leading on strategy, web development and business growth - and still believes that great marketing starts with genuinely understanding the people you're working with.
