Sarah joined Pollard Media in 2021 and has since become an integral part of the team. As Digital Content Manager, she is responsible for keeping client content on track - planning, creating and delivering work that is consistent, on-brand and on time.

Before joining Pollard Media, Sarah spent 17 years in communication and people-focused roles, including positions within the Norfolk Constabulary Control Room, Norfolk County Council and the NHS 111 service.

That background in fast-paced, high-pressure environments means she brings structure, reliability and a calm head to everything she does.

She is often the first point of contact for clients and takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships with the people we work with.
