No. We operate on a strictly whitelabel basis. All communication is conducted between our team and yours, staging environments carry no branding, and the final deliverables contain no indication of our involvement. Your clients will have no knowledge of our participation.

Never. All communication is routed through you. We will not contact your clients, send them documentation, or reach out in any capacity. Your relationship remains fully protected.

No. There are no watermarks, backlinks, footer credits or hidden references to Pollard Media anywhere in the build. The website is delivered exactly as if your team built it.

We work with multiple agency partners, but we maintain strict confidentiality between all relationships. We will never share information about your projects, clients or pricing with other partners.

We provide fixed quotations for each project based on the brief you supply. You receive a clear cost upfront, allowing you to establish your own pricing and invoice your client directly. We invoice your agency separately on agreed terms.

We typically work on a 50% deposit with the balance due on completion. For established partners, we can discuss alternative arrangements such as monthly invoicing.

Our pricing is structured specifically for agency partners, allowing you to apply your own margin. We are happy to discuss volume-based arrangements for agencies with regular project flow.

Yes. If your client has a set budget, let us know and we will advise what can be delivered within that scope. We would rather be upfront about what is achievable than over-promise.

We work across WordPress, Wix Studio, Squarespace, Shopify, WebFlow and bespoke development environments. We are happy to recommend an appropriate platform based on the project requirements or work with whichever platform you specify.

Yes. If your agency has a preferred platform or your client has an existing website on a specific system, we can work within that environment.

Yes. While we are based in Norwich, we work with agency partners throughout the United Kingdom. All collaboration can be conducted remotely through video calls, screen sharing and staging environment access.
