Corporate photography,
taken to one standard and kept to it.
Headshots, team photos, premises, products and the work itself, photographed on site and edited to one look, so new starters can be added to match.
Most team pages are a row of headshots taken on different days, against different walls, in different light. Buyers notice, even if they could not say why. We photograph the team to one setup, write the setup down, and use it again for everyone who joins.
Corporate Photography is part of our Content Creation service, usually taken during a monthly Content Visit. Shoots are planned from our Norwich office and photographed on location for clients across Norfolk and further afield.
One setup, kept for every new starter.
Before the first portrait, we set the light, the backdrop, the crop and the lens, then record them. Every headshot is taken to that record and edited to the same grade, so the team page looks like one team.
When someone joins, they are photographed at the next Content Visit to the same record, and their portrait sits beside the others without anyone else having to sit again.
What corporate photography covers.
Most shoots cover several of these in one visit. The shot list sets out which, and what each image is for.
Corporate headshots
Portraits of each person to one consistent setup, for the website, LinkedIn, proposals and email signatures.
Team photos
The whole team, or each department, photographed together on site, posed and as they work.
Premises and workplace
The building, the reception, the office or the workshop, so buyers know what to expect when they arrive.
The work itself
Your people doing the job, photographed close up, for case studies, proposals and social media.
Product photography
Products on a plain background or in use, for the website, the online shop and print.
Event photography
Speakers, guests and the room on the day, with a first selection delivered soon after for social media and the press.
Retouching and editing
Colour and exposure corrected, distractions removed, and every image edited to the same grade.
An image library
Every selected image named by person and use, sized for each place it goes, and kept in a shared library.

Before the shoot.
We agree who is being photographed, where, and what each image is for, and set the timings so each person is needed for minutes rather than a morning.
Everyone knows their time in advance.
Set up.
On arrival.
The light, backdrop, crop and lens are set and recorded, and a test frame is checked before the first person sits.
The record is kept for every later shoot.
Shoot.
Through the visit.
Headshots first, then team photos, the premises and the work, following the shot list.
Each person sees their frames on screen before they go.
Edit.
After the shoot.
The best frames are selected, retouched and graded to the house look, then delivered in the sizes each use needs.
You approve the selection before anything is published.

Questions about corporate photography.
What does corporate photography include?
Planning the shoot, lighting and photographing on site, selecting the best frames, retouching and grading them to one look, and delivering each image in the sizes the website, LinkedIn and print need.
How long does each headshot take?
A few minutes per person once the light is set. The timings are set out before the day, so nobody waits around and the rest of the business keeps working.
Can new starters be photographed to match?
Yes. The light, backdrop, crop and lens are recorded at the first shoot, and each new starter is photographed to the same record at a later Content Visit.
Do you need a studio?
No. We bring the lighting and backdrop to your premises and set up in a meeting room or any quiet space with enough room. Team photos and workplace images are taken around the site.
Can you photograph our products?
Yes, either on a plain background for the website and online shop, or in use, which tells buyers more about scale and purpose than a cut-out can.
Where can we use the images?
Anywhere the business needs them: the website, LinkedIn, proposals, print and the press. We deliver each image in the sizes those places need.
What should people wear?
What they would wear to meet a client. Plain colours photograph better than busy patterns, and we send a short guide before the day.
Can you photograph our event?
Yes. Speakers, guests and the room are photographed on the day, and a first selection is delivered soon after, so it can be posted while the event is still current.
How is it priced?
Every engagement has a defined scope and a stated fee, agreed in writing before any work begins. Tell us where you’re going and we’ll tell you what it would involve.
