HubSpot onboarding that ends
with a system in daily use.

HubSpot implementation from the first workshop to launch day, with your data migrated, your tools connected and every user trained on the parts they use.

HubSpot can be switched on in an afternoon. Setting it up well takes longer, because the decisions that matter are not in the software: which stages a deal moves through, which fields your team will actually fill in, and what should happen automatically when they do.

HubSpot is the CRM behind our CRM & Technologies service, part of Innovation. We configure each account from our Norwich office, whether the business is down the road in Norfolk or at the other end of the country.

Your data, mapped field by field.

Before anything is imported, every column in your old system or spreadsheet is matched to a HubSpot property, or deliberately left behind. Duplicates are merged, records nobody has touched in years are archived rather than carried over, and every contact is given an owner.

It is the least visible part of a HubSpot migration, and the one that decides whether your team trusts the system on its first day.

Before the full import

  • Every field mapped or dropped
  • Duplicates merged
  • An owner on every record
  • A test import checked by your team

What HubSpot implementation covers.

Scoped to the hubs and tier you have, or the ones the work actually needs. The scope says which parts your account gets, and why.

  • Account set-up

Users, teams and permissions, inboxes and calendars connected, and your email domain set up so emails go out from your own address.

  • Pipelines and properties

Deal stages built from the way your business sells, with only the fields each stage genuinely needs.

  • HubSpot migration

Contacts, companies, deals and notes moved from spreadsheets or another CRM, mapped field by field and checked before the full import.

  • HubSpot integration

Your website, ad accounts and other tools connected through HubSpot’s own integrations, its app marketplace or, where needed, its API.

  • Forms and lead capture

HubSpot forms on your site, or your existing forms connected, so every enquiry creates a record with its source attached.

  • Workflows

Lead routing, follow-up tasks and emails triggered by what a contact does, on the subscription tier that supports them.

  • Dashboards

Pipeline, enquiries by source and won work, laid out for the people who will read them each week.

  • Training by role

Sales, marketing, service and the leadership team, each shown the parts they use, with a written guide to keep.

Six weeks to launch.

A typical HubSpot onboarding, from scope to the day your team switches over.

Tell us where you’re going
  1. Scope.

    Week one.

We review what you have now: the data, the tools HubSpot needs to connect to, and the subscription you are on or considering.

You receive a written scope, including the tier the work actually needs.

  2. Configure.

    Weeks two to four.

Properties, pipelines, forms and workflows are built in your account, and each integration is connected and tested.

Each part is shown to the people who will use it before it is signed off.

  3. Migrate.

    Week five.

A test import first, checked by your team, then the full move, with duplicates merged and owners assigned.

The old system stays switched on until the record counts match.

  4. Launch.

    Week six.

Training by role on the day of the switch, then a check two weeks later to fix whatever is slowing people down.

Support continues month by month if you want it.

HubSpot, in practice.

Questions about HubSpot.

What does HubSpot onboarding include?

A written scope, account set-up, pipelines and properties, data migration, integrations with your website and tools, forms, workflows, dashboards and training for each role, on whichever HubSpot hubs and tier your business has.

Is HubSpot’s free CRM enough?

Sometimes. HubSpot’s free tools include contact management, deals and a pipeline, forms, tasks and reporting dashboards, for up to two users. A paid subscription is needed for more users, for automation beyond the basics, and to remove HubSpot’s branding from marketing emails.

Which HubSpot subscription do we need?

The lowest one that does the job. Starter adds users, removes the branding and allows simple automation. Full workflows, the kind that route leads and send follow-up based on what a contact does, need a Professional or Enterprise subscription. The scope recommends a tier and gives the reasoning.

Can you migrate us to HubSpot from another CRM?

Yes, from another CRM, from spreadsheets or from an email marketing tool. Every field is mapped to a HubSpot property or deliberately left behind, and a test import is checked by your team before the full move.

Which tools can HubSpot connect to?

Most of the ones a business already uses. HubSpot has its own connections for email and calendars, and its app marketplace lists more than 2,000 integrations. Where there is no ready-made one, a connection can usually be built through HubSpot’s API, which we scope before quoting.

We already pay for HubSpot. Can you fix our set-up?

Yes. We start with an audit of what is set up, what is used and what is getting in the way. Most accounts need fewer properties and clearer stages, not more features, and sometimes a lower subscription tier.

Do you set up Marketing Hub and Service Hub too?

Yes. Most set-ups start with sales, then add Marketing Hub for forms, email and campaigns, and Service Hub for tickets and customer support, all working from the same records.

Who pays for the HubSpot subscription?

You do, directly to HubSpot, on whichever tier the scope recommends. Our fee covers the set-up, migration, training and support, and the account stays in your name.

How is it priced?

Every engagement has a defined scope and a stated fee, agreed in writing before any work begins. Tell us where you’re going and we’ll tell you what it would involve.
