TikTok Ads, made for
the For You feed.

TikTok advertising for reach, recruitment and enquiries, with short vertical video made for the For You feed and every campaign tracked to the enquiry.

TikTok shows people what they are likely to watch, not only who they follow. An ad appears between those videos in the For You feed, with a second or two to earn attention. So the work is in the opening seconds, and in making enough versions to find the ones that hold.

TikTok Ads is one of the three platforms we manage as part of Paid Social, alongside Meta and LinkedIn. We plan, shoot and edit the videos from our Norwich base, for businesses across Norfolk and the UK.

The first seconds do the work.

Every TikTok ad we make starts as a script against the clock: the hook, the work itself, the proof and the ask. Our content team shoots it vertical, with sound and captions, often during a Content Visit, and cuts several openings from the same footage to test.

Spark Ads can then put budget behind posts already on your account, or a creator’s post with their permission, so the likes and comments stay on the original.

In every script

  • A hook in the opening seconds
  • Captions on screen
  • Your own people and your own work
  • One clear ask at the end

What TikTok advertising covers.

Not every account needs all of it. The plan sets out which parts yours does, and why.

  • Short-form video

Vertical video shot and edited by our content team for TikTok, with captions, sound and several openings to test.

  • Spark Ads

Budget put behind posts already on your TikTok account, or a creator’s post with their authorisation, keeping the engagement on the original.

  • Campaign objectives

Reach, traffic, lead generation or website conversions, chosen for what each campaign has to achieve.

  • TikTok Pixel and Events API

The Pixel on your site and the Events API from your server or CRM, so enquiries are counted and traced to the video.

  • Instant forms

Lead forms that open inside TikTok and sync to your CRM, for enquiries that do not need a visit to your site.

  • Audiences

Age, location, language, interests and behaviours, with your customer lists and site visitors, kept broad enough for TikTok to find the people who watch.

  • Recruitment campaigns

Jobs and apprenticeships shown to the people you want to hire, with a careers page that makes applying simple.

  • Creative refresh

New videos added each month, because the same video shown for too long stops holding attention.

Script, shoot, test, refresh.

What happens, and when, from the day the work begins.

Tell us where you’re going
  1. Script.

    Week one.

Tracking is set up, the audience and objective are agreed, and scripts are written for the first set of videos.

You approve the scripts before anything is filmed.

  2. Shoot.

    Weeks two and three.

Our content team films at your business, often as part of a Content Visit, and edits several versions of each video.

You approve every cut before it runs.

  3. Test.

    Weeks four to eight.

The videos run against each other. The openings that hold attention and bring in enquiries are kept, and the rest are replaced.

The first monthly report shows what each video brought in.

  4. Refresh.

    Month three onwards.

New videos are added each month, and budget moves to the campaigns bringing in work at the target cost.

Budget follows the videos that bring in clients.

Questions about TikTok Ads.

What does TikTok Ads management include?

Scripts, filming and editing by our content team, the TikTok Pixel and Events API, audiences, Spark Ads, instant forms where they suit, weekly testing and a monthly report on the enquiries, sales or bookings the videos bring in.

Is TikTok advertising only for young audiences?

No. TikTok is used well beyond teenagers, including by people who make buying decisions at work. Whether it suits your buyers is something we check against your own data before recommending it.

What are Spark Ads?

Ads made from real TikTok posts. Budget is put behind a post on your own account, or a creator’s post with their authorisation, and the views, likes, comments and follows all count towards the original post.

Can TikTok be used for recruitment?

Yes, and it suits apprenticeships and entry-level roles well. In the UK, people under 18 can only be reached by age, language, location and device, and lead generation campaigns are not available to them, so those campaigns send people to a careers page instead.

What budget does TikTok advertising need?

TikTok sets a minimum daily budget for each campaign and each ad group, so very small budgets are better spent elsewhere. The plan sets the budget from the number of enquiries, sales or bookings the business needs.

Do we need to post on TikTok ourselves?

It helps, because Spark Ads are built from real posts and people who tap through want a profile worth visiting. Our social media team can run the account alongside the ads if you want a regular presence there.

Is the ad account ours?

Yes. The TikTok Ads Manager account is set up in your name and billed to you by TikTok, and we are given partner access to manage it. If you ever move on, the account and its data stay with you.

How is it priced?

Every engagement has a defined scope and a stated fee, agreed in writing before any work begins. Tell us where you’re going and we’ll tell you what it would involve.

Ready to talk about your next stage of growth?
