Corporate video production,
cut for where it will be watched.
Brand films, interviews, case studies and short-form video, filmed with professional camera, sound and lighting kit and edited for every platform you post on.
Most business video misses for the same three reasons: nobody decided what it was for, the sound was an afterthought, and one long film was posted everywhere. We settle the purpose first, record sound as carefully as the picture, and cut each film for the place it will be seen.
Video Production is part of our Content Creation service, filmed during Content Visits, at events, or on a longer shoot when a film needs one. Every film is planned and produced from our Norwich office and filmed wherever the business is, in Norfolk or further afield.
Planned shot by shot, cut for every screen.
Before a camera comes out, each film has a purpose, a running time and a shot list: who says what, what is on screen while they say it, and how long each part runs. Interviews are lit properly and recorded on their own microphones, because viewers will forgive a plain picture long before they forgive poor sound.
The finished film is then cut again for each place it will be watched: a landscape master for the website and YouTube, vertical versions for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, and shorter edits for LinkedIn and paid social.
What the work covers.
Some films come from the monthly Content Visit, others need a shoot of their own. The brief sets out which, and why.
Brand films
The business, its people and its work in a few minutes, for the website, proposals and presentations.
Interviews and testimonials
Clients and your own team on camera, lit and recorded properly, and edited down to what they said best.
Case study films
A project told from the brief to the result, with the client explaining in their own words what changed.
Short-form video and reels
Vertical clips for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, subtitled for people watching without sound.
Event and trade show coverage
Filmed on the day, with short clips for posting and a highlights film afterwards.
Recruitment films
What it is like to work for the business, from the people who already do, for job adverts and the careers page.
Motion graphics and titles
Animated titles, captions, name straps and simple explainer graphics, all in your brand.
Aerial footage
Drone shots of the premises or the work, added where a film needs a sense of scale.

Before the shoot.
We agree what the film is for, who it is for, where it will be posted and how long it should run, then write the outline and the shot list.
You approve the outline before anything is filmed.
Shoot.
On the day.
Our team films the interviews and the footage around them, with camera, sound and lighting set up for each location on the call sheet.
Everyone on camera knows the questions in advance.
Edit.
After the shoot.
The first cut is assembled with music, titles, subtitles and motion graphics, and sent to you to comment on.
Your changes are made before any version is finished.
Deliver.
The final versions.
The master and every platform version are delivered, named and ready to post, and the footage is kept for later edits.
New cuts can be made from the same shoot months later.

Questions about video production.
What does corporate video production include?
The brief, outline and shot list, filming with professional camera, sound and lighting kit, the edit with music, titles, subtitles and motion graphics, and a finished version of the film for each platform you will post it on.
How long should a business video be?
Long enough to make one point well. A clip for social media is measured in seconds, a brand film for the website in a few minutes. The running time is agreed in the brief, before anything is filmed.
Do we have to appear on camera?
Not unless you want to. Many films are built around the work, the premises and the team rather than one person speaking. Where someone does speak, they see the questions beforehand and nobody is asked to learn a script.
Does every film need its own shoot day?
No. Short clips and reels usually come from the monthly Content Visit. A larger film, such as a brand film or a case study with several locations, may need a shoot of its own, which is scoped and agreed separately.
Where does the music come from?
From a library licensed for business use, so the film can be posted on your channels and used in advertising without copyright claims.
Can the footage be used in adverts?
Yes. The same footage is cut into versions sized for Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube ads, and our paid social team uses it directly in your campaigns.
How do you handle people who appear in the film?
Everyone featured is asked first and their agreement is recorded. Anyone who would rather not be filmed is kept out of shot, including staff, clients and members of the public.
Can you film at our event or trade show?
Yes. We film on the day, cut short clips for posting soon afterwards, and edit a highlights film you can use until the next one.
How is it priced?
Every engagement has a defined scope and a stated fee, agreed in writing before any work begins. Tell us where you’re going and we’ll tell you what it would involve.
