Webflow websites, with a CMS
your team can run.

Design-led sites designed and built in Webflow, hosted by Webflow and updated without touching the design.

Most business websites go out of date for one reason: adding a case study or a new service needs a developer. On Webflow, that content lives in the CMS. Your team fills in a form, and the page is built from a template we designed once.

Webflow is one of the three platforms we build on, alongside Shopify and Wix Studio, as part of our web design work. Webflow projects are run from our Norwich office, for businesses in Norfolk and across the UK.

The CMS, planned before the design.

Case studies, services, articles and team members each become a CMS collection, with the fields agreed in advance: the client, the sector, the result, the photographs. One template designs every page in the collection, so a change to the template updates them all.

Your team adds a new entry from a form, and it goes live looking as considered as the first.

Collections we often set up

  • Case studies
  • Services and locations
  • Articles and news
  • Team and careers

What a Webflow build covers.

Every Webflow site gets the design, the CMS and the handover. Languages, a shop and a move from another platform are added where the site needs them.

  • Webflow design

Every page designed for the business and built with one style system, so new pages added later stay consistent.

  • CMS collections

Case studies, services, articles and team set up as collections, with fields agreed before the build and a template for each.

  • Editing for your team

Your people added with Webflow’s content editor role, which changes words, images and CMS items while the design stays untouched.

  • Webflow hosting

Hosted by Webflow on a global content delivery network, with SSL, automatic backups and security updates handled by Webflow.

  • More than one language

Further languages added with Webflow Localization, with each version’s pages, CMS items and SEO settings translated.

  • SEO settings

Titles, descriptions, Open Graph and structured data set for every page, including the pages built from the CMS.

  • Forms and tracking

Enquiry forms sent to your inbox or your CRM, with Google Analytics 4 and Search Console recording what each page brings in.

  • Webflow migration

A site on WordPress or another platform moved to Webflow, with every old address given a 301 redirect to its new page.

Structure first, then the build.

How a Webflow site comes together. Most take six to eight weeks.

Tell us where you’re going
  1. Structure.

    Week one.

The site map and the CMS collections are agreed together: which content repeats, and which fields each entry needs.

You approve both before design begins.

  2. Design.

    Weeks two to four.

The key pages and each collection template are designed for desktop and mobile, with the copy written alongside.

Nothing is built until you have approved the designs.

  3. Build.

    Weeks five to seven.

The site is built in Webflow, the CMS is filled, redirects are mapped, and every page is tested on phones, tablets and desktops.

You review the full site on a private staging address.

  4. Handover.

    Week eight.

The domain is connected, the site is published, and your team is trained to add and edit CMS entries.

The site then moves to a monthly care plan.

Webflow, in practice.

Questions about Webflow.

What does a Webflow website include?

Discovery and a site map, CMS collections planned around your content, page designs for desktop and mobile, the build in Webflow, testing on every device, launch with redirects and tracking, and training for your team on the CMS.

Why build on Webflow rather than WordPress?

Webflow hosting is fully managed, so security updates, backups and scaling are handled by Webflow and there are no plug-ins to keep patched. The trade-off is fewer ready-made add-ons, which suits a site that needs a strong design and a clear CMS more than a long list of features.

Can our team edit the site without breaking it?

Yes. Your people are added with Webflow’s content editor role, which lets them change text, images and CMS items while the design stays as it is. Webflow retired its older Editor in August 2026, so every site we hand over uses the current roles.

Who hosts a Webflow site?

Webflow does, on a site plan paid for by the business. It includes SSL, a global content delivery network and automatic backups, and Webflow applies security updates itself.

Can you move our existing site to Webflow?

Yes. Every page on the old site is listed, its content moved or rewritten, and each old address given a 301 redirect to its new one, imported in bulk where there are many.

Can a Webflow site run in more than one language?

Yes, with Webflow Localization, a paid add-on. Each language gets its own version of the pages, CMS items and SEO settings. It does not cover Webflow Ecommerce products, so a shop that sells in several languages is usually better built on Shopify.

Can Webflow run an online shop?

Yes, for a small range. Webflow Ecommerce takes payment through Stripe and PayPal, with Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. For a larger range, stock across several channels or selling abroad, we would recommend Shopify.

How is it priced?

Every engagement has a defined scope and a stated fee, agreed in writing before any work begins. Tell us where you’re going and we’ll tell you what it would involve.
