Find what comes next.
Then build it properly.

New propositions, websites, systems and AI, chosen for what they add to the business and built to be used.

Innovation is worth the effort when it changes something you can measure. We start with where the business is going, find the opportunities worth pursuing and build the ones that earn their place.

Everything we build is handed over with training and documentation, so it is still in use long after launch. Innovation can be engaged on its own, or alongside Growth when a plan names it as a priority.

Six services, built to be used.

Each can be engaged on its own, and none needs a Growth engagement first. Most clients start where the need is most pressing.

Innovation Hub

Finding, shaping and launching what drives the next phase of growth.

A flexible innovation capability for wherever you are with an idea. We identify the opportunities worth pursuing, develop them into concepts and propositions, then build the business case and take the strongest to market.

It works on its own or alongside Growth. A growth plan may name innovation as a priority, and what we find here often shapes the wider plan in return.

What it covers

  • Innovation strategy and roadmaps
  • Opportunity and trend analysis
  • Innovation workshops
  • Concept and proposition development
  • Business cases and pilots
  • Retained innovation leadership

How it runs

A project at any of the three stages below, or retained as ongoing innovation leadership.

Website Development

A website built to win the enquiries the business needs.

We start with what the site has to do: who it is for and what you need visitors to do next. The structure is agreed before design begins, and you review the designs before anything is built.

Every site is built for speed, search and accessibility, tested on every device and handed over with training, in person wherever possible.

What it covers

  • Discovery and sitemap
  • Design, reviewed before build
  • Copy, photography and video
  • Build, tested on every device
  • Launch, redirects and tracking
  • Training and a handover pack

How it runs

A fixed quote before work begins. Most sites take six to eight weeks, then move to a monthly care plan.

Market Research

What your buyers think, in their own words, before money is spent.

Decisions about new services, prices and markets are better made with evidence. We speak to your clients and to the ones you lost, survey the wider market and study the competition, then report what we found and what we would do about it.

What it covers

  • Client and buyer interviews
  • Surveys
  • Competitor and category analysis
  • Trends and emerging demand
  • Market sizing
  • A written report and recommendations

How it runs

A defined project, ending in a written report presented to your leadership team.

Propositions & Viability

Knowing whether a new service will sell before you build it.

A new service, product or business line is tested before it is launched. We shape the proposition, set the price and packaging, test demand with real buyers and check whether the numbers work, then recommend whether to proceed, change course or stop.

What it covers

  • Proposition development
  • Pricing and packaging
  • Demand testing
  • Commercial and feasibility assessment
  • Pilot planning
  • Go-to-market plan

How it runs

A defined project that ends in a written recommendation: proceed, change or stop.

CRM & Technologies

Every enquiry recorded, followed up and reported on.

We set up HubSpot around how your business sells: the stages a client moves through, who owns each one and what happens next. Your existing records move across, your website and campaigns feed into it, and the follow-up that used to rely on memory happens on time.

What it covers

  • HubSpot set-up and migration
  • Pipelines and deal stages
  • Forms and lead capture
  • Follow-up workflows
  • Reporting dashboards
  • Training for your team

How it runs

Set up as a project, then supported month by month.

AI & Automation

The repetitive work handled, so your people can focus on clients.

We find where the hours go each week, from sorting enquiries and writing first drafts to building reports, and automate the work that does not need judgement. Your team checks and approves what matters, and we agree in writing which tools see which data before anything is connected.

What it covers

  • A review of where time goes
  • Workflow automation
  • AI assistants for your team
  • Enquiry handling and first replies
  • Automated reporting
  • Training and usage guidance

How it runs

A review of where time goes first, then built and supported one process at a time.

Identify, ideate, implement.

Three stages. Start at whichever one fits where you are.

Tell us where you’re going
  1. Identify.

    Where should we innovate?

We look at your buyers, your market, your competitors and the needs nobody is meeting yet, then rank the opportunities with the most potential.

Start here if you need to know where the next opportunity is.

  2. Ideate.

    What could we create?

Structured workshops with your team turn the strongest opportunities into concepts and propositions, refined until a few are worth taking forward.

Start here if you have an opportunity and need to know what to do with it.

  3. Implement.

How do we make it happen?

A business case, a pilot, a development plan and a route to market, then the launch itself, measured and improved as it scales.

Start here if you have an idea and need it developed and taken to market.

Innovation, in practice.

Questions about Innovation.

Do we need to work with Growth first?

No. Innovation can be engaged on its own. Where a growth plan names innovation as a priority the two connect, and what we find here often shapes the wider plan.

We already have an idea. Where do we start?

With Implement. We test the business case, plan a pilot and build the route to market. If the idea needs more work first, we’ll say so.

How long does a website take?

Most business websites take six to eight weeks from the first meeting to launch, with a fixed quote and a timeline agreed before work begins. After launch, the site moves to a monthly care plan for hosting, maintenance and updates.

Who owns the website and systems you build?

You do. The domain, the accounts, the content and the data are in your name. We make sure everything is connected and working.

Which CRM do you work with?

HubSpot. We set it up around how your business sells, move your existing records across and train your team to use it.

Will AI replace people in our team?

That is not the aim. We automate the repetitive work so your people spend more of their time on clients and on the decisions that need judgement.

How is it priced?

Every engagement has a defined scope and a stated fee, agreed in writing before any work begins. Tell us where you’re going and we’ll tell you what it would involve.
