Known before
the contract ends.
Marketing for managed IT providers, cyber security firms, and telecoms and office technology suppliers, built around the moment buyers review their contracts, with one firm per area.
Businesses rarely change IT provider. They move when a contract ends, when something goes wrong or when they need more than their support covers, and then they ask who others use.
So the marketing has to keep you known to the businesses you want before that moment comes, and prove what you say when it does. Buyers check certifications and partner status, and business email has rules of its own. Pollard Media writes to them and sends every claim to you for sign-off before it runs.
Built around the renewal calendar.
Each month starts with a written plan built around your pipeline: the contracts coming up for renewal, the sectors you want more of, the deadlines that make buyers act, such as the analogue phone switch-off on 31 January 2027, and the engineers you need to hire. Every task has a name beside it and the contracts it is there to win.
You see the plan before the month begins and the report after it ends. Work that is not filling the pipeline is stopped, and the time goes where it will.
What we run for technology firms.
Every service Pollard Media offers, run against your pipeline and recurring revenue targets. The plan sets out which parts your firm needs, whether you sell support contracts, security services, or hardware and connectivity.

Tracking and reporting
Calls, forms and booked meetings traced to the channel they came from, and followed through to the contracts they become.
Claims your buyers can check.
Technology buyers check what you say. Certifications can be looked up, partner status is public and business email has its own rules. We keep every claim accurate and current, and you sign off each one.

Great team to work with, have already delivered results a few months in with our socials and media and have clear steps for the future. Has kept us accountable to work required internally too.
I worked closely with Alex who handled our company re-brand identity and website build. Delighted with the result and look forward to working with Pollard Media as we continue to grow our business audience.
One firm per area.
Our MissionQuestions about marketing for technology firms.
Which technology firms do you work with?
Managed IT providers, cyber security firms, telecoms and connectivity providers, and office technology suppliers such as managed print and AV. The plan is written around how your buyers choose and when their contracts end.
Can you email businesses we have not worked with?
Yes, within the rules. Under PECR, limited companies, LLPs and some public bodies can be emailed without prior consent, as long as every message says who it is from and offers a simple way to opt out. Sole traders and some partnerships count as individuals and need consent.
How do you use the analogue switch-off?
Openreach closes the analogue phone network on 31 January 2027, so businesses still relying on old lines need to act. We plan guides, campaigns and outreach around that date, written to inform rather than alarm.
Can we show our certifications and partner badges?
Yes, as you hold them. The Cyber Essentials mark is shown only while the certificate is valid, ISO certification is written as certified to the standard with your certification body’s mark, and partner badges match your current status.
What about the Cyber Security and Resilience Bill?
The Bill would bring larger managed service providers into regulation for the first time. It has not yet become law, so we describe it as proposed and update your content as it progresses.
Will our engineers have to write the content?
No. We interview them, write it and send it back for checking. Their time goes on what only they know.
What does one firm per area mean?
Pollard Media acts for one business per sector in each area. Once we act for your firm, we will not take on your direct competitor nearby. We agree what that means for your firm before the work begins, and write it down. It covers all ongoing marketing work; website builds are the one exception.
Do we keep our accounts and data?
Yes. Ad accounts, analytics, Google Business Profiles, the website and every file are held in your name, and we are given access to run them. If you ever move on, all of it stays with you.
How is it priced?
Every engagement has a defined scope and a stated fee, agreed in writing before any work begins. Tell us where you’re going and we’ll tell you what it would involve.
Alongside IT and Technology Services.
