We're Sponsoring the East Anglian Marketing Awards

It's not every day you get the chance to put your name behind something that genuinely matters to the region you work in. So when the opportunity came up to sponsor the Excellence in Performance category at the inaugural East Anglian Marketing Awards, it was a pretty easy yes.
What Are the East Anglian Marketing Awards?
The East Anglian Marketing Awards (EAMAs) are a brand new, non-profit awards programme celebrating the best marketing work across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and parts of Essex. They're run by Norfolk Women's Marketing Network CIC and backed by an advisory board of respected names from across the industry.
The idea is simple: East Anglia has been producing brilliant marketing work for years, but there's never been a dedicated regional programme to recognise it. National awards tend to favour London agencies with bigger budgets and louder voices. The EAMAs exist to change that. They're free to enter, community-driven, and open to agencies, in-house teams, freelancers and partnerships alike.
Why Excellence in Performance?
There are several categories up for grabs, but Excellence in Performance felt like the natural fit for us.
This category is all about campaigns that delivered measurable results and can prove it. Strategy, creativity and execution coming together to achieve clear, demonstrable success. That's the kind of marketing we believe in. Not vanity metrics. Not fluff. Work that actually moves the needle for the businesses we partner with.
Every day at Pollard Media, we're setting goals, building campaigns and reporting on real outcomes for our clients. Whether that's driving leads through Google Ads, growing organic visibility through SEO, or building brand awareness through paid social, the question is always the same: did it work, and can we prove it?
Sponsoring a category that asks exactly those questions just made sense.
What This Means to Us
We started Pollard Media in 2019 from a bedroom in Norwich. Since then, we've built a team, earned Google Partner and Meta Business Partner status, and worked with businesses right across the region. Norwich is home. East Anglia is where we do our best work. Supporting an initiative that champions the talent in this region is something we're proud to be part of.
The marketing community in East Anglia is full of smart, hard-working people doing excellent work, often without the recognition that comes more easily to agencies in bigger cities. The EAMAs are a chance to change that, and we wanted to be on the right side of it.
