Contracts won,
engineers hired.
Marketing for maintenance organisations, aviation training organisations and aviation services businesses, built around your approvals and the events your buyers attend, with one business per sector in each area.
Aviation is a small world with a long memory. Operators buy on approvals, record and recommendation, and the engineers you need to hire know exactly who is good to work for.
So the marketing has two jobs: win the work, and win the people to do it. In a global survey of the aircraft maintenance industry published in April 2026, two-thirds of respondents said technicians were moderately to very hard to hire. Pollard Media runs both jobs to one plan.
Built around the event calendar.
Each month starts with a written plan built around your year: the trade events, the approvals and capabilities to promote, the courses or contracts with capacity and the roles you need to fill. Every task has a name beside it and the result it is there to bring in.
You see the plan before the month begins and the report after it ends. Work that is not winning contracts or people is stopped, and the time goes where it will.
What we run for aviation.
Every service Pollard Media offers, run against your contract, course and hiring targets. The plan sets out which parts your business needs, whether you maintain aircraft, train engineers or serve operators.
Maintenance organisations
Capability, approval and turnaround information set out for the operators who buy maintenance, with Part 145 approvals stated exactly as granted.

Aviation services
Positioning, website and campaigns for charter, ground handling, parts and specialist suppliers selling to operators.
Engineer recruitment
Careers pages, job campaigns and content that show licensed engineers and apprentices why they should join you.

Approvals, stated exactly.
In aviation, a claim about an approval is checked against the regulator’s own list. The CAA publishes the organisations it has approved, and buyers look. We write capability and approval claims to match your certificates and send each one to you for sign-off.
- Part 145Maintenance approvals described by the scope granted, for the aircraft, engines and components on your certificate.
- Part 147Training approvals described as basic or type training, exactly as approved.
- Capability claimsTurnaround times, types and ratings stated only where your records support them.
- Drone filmingPlanned around the CAA’s rules, fully insured, and flown inside an aerodrome’s flight restriction zone only with its permission.
- Your sign-offNothing with an approval, capability or safety claim goes live until you have approved it.

Weeks one to three.
We spend time at your hangar or training centre, review the marketing already in place and the numbers behind it, then write the plan around your year.
You receive the plan, with your contract and hiring targets on page one and a name against every part of it.

Weeks four to six.
Ad accounts, listings, tools and suppliers move across in order of what matters most, so nothing stops while the rest follows.
Every account stays in your name.

Each month’s work is planned around your events, courses and recruitment, done by the specialists in each discipline and reviewed with your named lead.
The monthly report goes to your accountable manager or managing director.

The plan is reviewed against your contract, course and hiring targets. Work that is moving you towards them gets more time, and work that is not is stopped.
The scope and fee change only when you agree it in writing.
Marketing you can hold to account.
Aviation businesses have good reason to be wary of marketing promises. Pollard Media works to commitments written for the people who answer for the numbers. Every client gets them, set out in the client pack.

One business per area.
Our MissionQuestions about aviation marketing.
Do you work with maintenance and training organisations?
Yes. Part 145 maintenance organisations, Part 147 training organisations and aviation services businesses each get a plan written around how their buyers decide.
Can you help us recruit engineers?
Yes. Careers pages, job campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, and content that shows the work and the people. Recruitment runs to the same plan as winning work, because the two depend on each other.
Can you film at our site with a drone?
Usually, yes. Many aviation sites sit inside an aerodrome’s flight restriction zone, so we arrange permission before we fly, and every flight is planned around the CAA’s rules and insured.
Which trade events do you plan around?
The ones your buyers attend. MRO Europe is in Amsterdam on 19 to 21 October 2027, the Paris Air Show runs from 14 to 20 June 2027, and Aircraft Interiors Expo is in Hamburg on 6 to 8 April 2027.
What does one business per area mean?
Pollard Media acts for one business per sector in each area. Once we act for your business, we will not take on your direct competitor nearby. We agree what that means for your business before the work begins, and write it down. It covers all ongoing marketing work; website builds are the one exception.
Do we keep our accounts and data?
Yes. Ad accounts, analytics, Google Business Profiles, the website and every file are held in your name, and we are given access to run them. If you ever move on, all of it stays with you.
How is it priced?
Every engagement has a defined scope and a stated fee, agreed in writing before any work begins. Tell us where you’re going and we’ll tell you what it would involve.
