The Brief:

Newmarket Road Dental Clinic offers high quality dental care to patients across Norfolk, with a growing focus on cosmetic treatments like Invisalign.

Their social media lacked consistency and presence, and they had no reliable way to turn online interest into actual enquiries and bookings.

Newmarket Road was looking for a trusted partner to help take their online presence to the next level. The brief was simple in principle and ambitious in practice: build a consistent, professional presence across social media, and use paid advertising to drive real demand for treatment, particularly cosmetic treatment work like Invisalign.

What We Did:

We undertook the full marketing remit, managing their Google Ads, organic social media, and paid social as one joined up strategy rather than a set of disconnected channels.

Across social, we built a steady, professional content presence across Instagram and Facebook, posting consistently to grow reach, build familiarity, and keep the clinic visible to local patients. The goal was not just vanity numbers, but content that turned followers into website visitors and website visitors into enquiries.

Crucially, this was not stock imagery and recycled posts. We manage their organic social presence hands on and visit the practice regularly for dedicated content shoots, capturing real footage of the team, the treatments, and the clinic itself. To keep things running smoothly, we work closely with the Newmarket Road team to schedule these visits outside of practice hours, so we can get the content we need without ever disrupting patient care or day to day operations.

On Google Ads, we built and managed targeted campaigns designed to capture patients actively searching for treatment, with a particular push behind Invisalign as a high value, high demand service. We handled everything from campaign structure and targeting to ongoing optimisation, keeping spend focused on the searches most likely to convert.

Across both, we treated the clinic the way an in house team would, owning the strategy, the output, and the results, so the practice could stay focused on patients.

The Result:

In under a year, the clinic's online presence has been transformed, with the paid work is driving high-quality treatment enquiries.

On Instagram, content reached 24.8K accounts, up 138.7% year on year, generating 222.4K views and 930 link clicks through to the website, a 3.3K% increase.

Profile visits rose 38.3% to 3.9K, and the clinic gained 327 new followers.

On Facebook, content racked up 334.1K views and drove 5.5K link clicks to the website, alongside 4.1K profile visits.

Content interactions climbed 607.9%, a clear sign the audience is engaging rather than just scrolling past.

On Google Ads, the campaigns have delivered 194 conversions since September, fuelling significant growth in Invisalign enquiries and giving the clinic a steady, measurable pipeline of new treatment interest.

The result is a clinic whose marketing finally matches the impeccable quality of its care, built on authentic, in person content, an engaged local audience, and paid campaigns that turn attention into appointments.
